I am licensed to treat patients aged 13 years old and older. If you need an urgent issue managed I will do a video telemedicine visit and keep you out of the urgent care.Prepare allergies, medications, pharmacy information and complete payment for our telemedicine visit in advance please.
I will also travel to your home in the Northern suburban Chicago area for a face to face vist and exam. Ideally appoinments would be best, however if it is urgent it can be arranged.
Provide in home comprehensive medical assessment and exam including blood work. Review current medications, home safety,dietary and psychological well being to ensure you the best life possible. Review the relationship of the mind, body connection.
With all visits, there is a collaboration with your specialists and medical professionals that are not able to assess you in your home. Together we all can work together to provide you with exceptional care.

A statement will be emailed to you for submission to your insurance company. Payment options accepted: cash, Zelle, check for services.
